As Harvest ’s production capacity has doubled and re-doubled, the support structure has had to do the same.  This video is an example of how to produce 380, pieces for delivery in seven days, with no inventory.  The stretching department works two shifts, with specialized equipment and most importantly a well trained and dedicated staff.  They love to do this stuff.  It’s how they measure their performance and accomplishment.
